Changes to Quay Online Banking

From 8 October 2016 Quay and G&C Mutual Bank members will log into Online Banking from the same log in button on the home page of the website.

How to change your access code


1. Log into your Online Banking Service. Select ‘More Services’ from the drop down menu in Online Banking. Then select ‘Change Access Code'.

2. You will then see the page below. Type in your current password in the box next to ‘Access Code’. Then type in your new password which must be in all caps in the box next to ‘New Access Code’. Then verify your password in the box next to ‘Verify New Access Code’.

3. Then click the ‘Save’ button and your new password is ready to use.
