Contact Centre Service Disruptions - 22 November 2016

Due to external supply issues beyond our control stemming from a Telstra network update we are experiencing service disruptions to our Contact Centre.

Telstra are working on rectifying the issue and we hope to have all Contact Centre services restored as soon as possible.

Please note the Online Banking and Mobile Banking are not affected. If you are unable to get through to us on the phone you can email us on gcmb@gcmutualbank.com.au and we will contact you.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will notify members when all Contact Centre services are restored.
