Banking System Data Integration successfully completed

Prior to banking system integration we had written to all Quay members earlier that they had to change their Online Banking Access Code. We are aware that many members have still not changed their Online Banking Access Code. If you did not make this change by 7 October 2016 you will not be able to access Online Banking, Mobile Banking or the Mobile App. To gain access you need to call the Contact Centre on 1300 364 400 and have your Access Code reset.
To assist you in doing this we have extended our Contact Centre hours as per below:

As a result of this integration there are some necessary changes that you need to be aware of.
From 8 October 2016 Quay and G&C Mutual Bank members will log into Online Banking from the same log in button on the home page of the website.
In order to avoid duplicating member numbers and to enable us to preserve the current terms and conditions for Quay members, a prefix will need to be added to your current member number.
From 8 October 2016 all Quay members will move to a 7 digit member number commencing with a 3. Following is an example of how this will look for a sample of members:

Please make note of this change as you will need to use your new membership number from 8 October 2016 to be able to perform your day to day banking transactions.
Account Reference Number
Similar to member numbers, a change to your 9 digit account reference numbers is also required to avoid duplications within the merged database. This change will be minimal and will only require the first digit to change from 1 to 3. This will take effect after the systems are integrated on 8 October 2016.
Please note: All existing direct debit and direct credit payments currently set up on your Quay member number will automatically be redirected to your new Quay Mutual Bank prefix member number. As a result, you will not need to contact existing suppliers/payers to notify them of any changes.
However, when setting up new direct debit and credits after the systems are integrated on 7 October, you will need to provide suppliers with your new member number and/or 9 digit account reference numbers to avoid any delays in processing or receiving transactions.
New look and feel
An upgraded version of Online Banking with a new look and feel is now available. You will notice some small changes.
1. You will no longer need to enter CAPTCHA text to log into Online Banking.
2. Once you have logged into the home screen you will notice some slight changes to the menu structure to make it easier to navigate.
