Notice for Quay members: NAB Banking System Disruptions

We have been advised that NAB are currently experiencing issues with their banking system.
This means that members using Quay Mutual Bank Visa debit or credit cards are being declined at ATMs and EFTPOS.
Please note that this is not as a result of the banking system data integration that took place on
7 October 2016.
NAB have advised that they are investigating the issue and will keep us updated.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our Quay members.
Members can access their accounts 24-hours a day, seven days a week via Online Banking, Mobile Banking or Phone Banking.
