Please note that as part of the merger between G&C Mutual Bank and Quay Mutual Bank, we will be integrating the banking systems on Friday 7 October 2016. As a result there will be a disruption to services.


G&C Mutual Bank

Between 5.00pm on Friday 7 October 2016 and 12.00pm on Saturday 8 October 2016 you will not be able to access any of your accounts via Online, Mobile or Phone Banking, G&C Mutual Bank Apps or make staff assisted transactions through our Contact Centre.


Quay Mutual Bank

Between 3.00pm on Friday 7 October 2016 and 12.00pm on Saturday 8 October 2016 you will not be able to access any of your accounts via Online, Mobile or Phone Banking, Quay Banking App or make staff assisted transactions through our Contact Centre.

To minimise any disruption we advise you make any necessary purchases, pay any bills and withdraw any cash that you may require prior to this service disruption.



Contact Centre Hours:

During this time we will also be extending our Contact Centre hours so that we can answer any questions you might have.

Saturday 8 October 2016 9.00am - 2.00pm

We plan to have all our services up and running again by 12.00pm Saturday 8 October 2016.
