Core banking system successfully upgraded

At G&C Mutual Bank we are always looking at ways to improve our Banking Services for our members.
As a result, we would like to advise that our Banking Services were successfully upgraded on
5 April 2017.
The upgrade includes enhancements to existing functionality and new features which will make banking easier.


What's changing?

All of the existing features and functions in Online Banking remain, however you will find some new features and some important fixes which will make the site much simpler to navigate.

  • Pending Transactions - Online Banking and Mobile Banking will now display pending transactions on the homepage which shows the difference between your available and current balances. These are very important to keep track of your outstanding debits.
  • Loan - Redraw Functionality - We have listened to you and have been able to make some changes following your feedback on the loans redraw process. You can now see your loan accounts under the “Transfer From” menu under the Transfer Money / Loan Redraw page. You can now choose the “loan account” from which you want the funds to be transferred.
  • Foreign Currency Transfers - You now have the convenience of sending money 24/7 online to any country through Online Banking using Western Union Money Transfer. (Available from 11 April 2017)
