Our selection process

If your application meets our criteria, a representative from our People & Culture team will initially contact you by telephone to discuss your experience in brief.

Our invitation to participate in interviews presents an opportunity to meet key stakeholders to discuss the position in detail. It is also our opportunity to identify your ability to uphold our values and apply your knowledge to the position on offer.

As the preferred candidate, you will be required to participate in a screening process, incorporating reference checking, background checking (residency, financial, criminal and education) and other assessments advised during the selection process.
