Changes to Statements

WE HAVE RECENTLY CONDUCTED A REVIEW OF THE  COSTS INVOLVED IN PRODUCING MONTHLY PAPER STATEMENTS.

Given the increasing number of transactions as a result of contactless payments, the increasing expense of postage and the impact on the environment, paper statements will incur a $2 fee each month we issue you with a paper statement. 

The fee is effective 1 October 2017 and will be debited to your account in  the following statement period. In order to avoid this fee, you can sign up for eStatements. 

Registering for eStatements means you will receive your statement securely via G&C Mutual Bank's Online Banking service, and you will receive these statements much sooner than waiting for them to be delivered via the traditional postal service. You will receive an email notification that your statement is available and you can view the statement via Online Banking.

If you register for eStatements before midnight 30 November 2017, you will automatically go in a draw to win 1 0f 3 $1,000 cash prizes¹.

1.Members who register for eStatements between 28 August 2017 and 30 November 2017 will automatically be entered into the draw. One entry per person. This competition is open to all G&C Mutual Bank members. G&C Mutual Bank employees or employee family members are not permitted to enter this competition. There are 1 of 3 prizes to be won, valued at $1,000 each. The opening date of the entry is 28 August 2017 at 12.01am AEST and closing date for entry is 30 November 2017 at 11:59pm AEST. The draw will be conducted on 11 December 2017 at 10.30am AEST at G&C Mutual Bank Level 25, 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 with the winners randomly drawn.
