To access this facility you must be registered for SMS One Time Password service.
You can access this service via Online Banking "Services/PIN Change Services". Click here to view the demo on "How to set your PIN Online".
Remember, when choosing a new PIN it’s important to avoid numbers that can be easily guessed (e.g. your birthday, your anniversary), otherwise you may be liable for unauthorised transactions.
Please note: After registering for SMS One Time Password service please logout of Online Banking and log back in to get the menu for Online PIN Change under Services.
