SMS Messaging Service Upgrade

A message for G&C Mutual Bank members using SMS One Time Passwords functionality within Online Banking and Mobile Banking.
Messaging Service Interruption on Sunday 17 July 2016 September between 12.30am – 6.30am

We have been advised by our partner Telstra that on Sunday 17 July 2016 the messaging server will be undergoing a system maintenance. As a result you will experience 1-2 hours outage between 12.00am – 6.30 am on Sunday 17 July 2016.

To minimise any disruption, we suggest that if you do need to make any transactions which require the use of SMS One Time Password including Online PIN Change via Online Banking or Mobile Banking, that you access your accounts outside of these hours.
