Upgrade to our phone systems

To enhance the service we provide to our members, we have recently upgraded our phone system.

Please note that as a result of member feedback, our menu options have now reverted to the following:

1. Account balance and automated phone banking service

2. Lending or insurance enquiries

3. General enquires

Please familiarise yourself with these options or listen to the voice prompts when you call, so we can direct your call accordingly. 

You may also be invited to complete a short survey at the end of your call. This function allows us to capture member feedback so we can continue to enhance the service provided to members.
